Re: cylinder head guru's ??
unless you're specifically wanting to use one of the vendors here, Jon Bennett is in AL and supposedly awesome with the SBF.

I like Keith Craft, Bennett, Kaase, or Total Engine Airflow are all high quality companies that will work on those heads. I am sure some smaller shops do to but with boosted and nitrous engines using inline heads we normally just sell them after two years and buy new castings.

Re: cylinder head guru's ??
Kuntz is an excellent choice. Don't be in a hurry for them though. He has a large racing / driver base in the NMRA / NMCA / ORSCA and etc. If time is going to be a factor you may want to find somewhere else. He did a set of C-heads for me back in 2001 / 2002 . Only installed the valves and did a valve job, blended the chamber to the seat, and flowed one port on each cylinder head , No port work , No assembly , NO pushrod clearancing , Nothing but what I mentioned above ........................... 10 months and some change. Excellent workmanship however, and data that I much needed.
