That's one reason the car isn't done, I have had the final drives out of my tractor waiting on parts for over a week. But it's back together today............. Yard will be history after I get back from church tomorrow.

Looks great Blake!! Love the color.
I have been looking for lowering info too and can't seem too find much for the F350, just the half ton stuff. Might be cool to just go to a four link on the back with air bags...... Might could get some air bags to work on the front too!! Put her in the weeds!! Would make hooking and un-hooking easier too.

As far as lowering. DJM makes a dropped I beam which I believe is 3".

Ride tech makes a 4 bar air bag kit for duallys as well but I am not sure if it is 99 and later or not. I tried to find a link but for some reason it is always difficult with the ride tech site. Ride Tech used to be called air ride technologies. I have seen it before and it bolts to the front leaf spring mount so even if it was for the later model trucks I am sure it could be modified to work.

Ok I found it here. It is for a later model.

The ride tech deal is similar to this kit from air bag it.
http://www.airbagit.com/product-p/towing-f350.htm They also show some dropped I beams from Chassis tech. The guy that owns this company used to (or maybe still does) own chassis tech. I believe they also have a dropped I beam but I have not heard anything good about their product. They were sold by AIM Industries.
There used to be one more company that made cast iron dropped i beams but I haven't found them yet. I will keep looking.

Just to much work Bruno and not enough time. We are close enough, if you want to drive north a bit I will come south and we can meet up at a track somewhere in the middle sometime when I get mine done. (shouldn't be to long)
Just let me know, maybe Freeloader, Lee, Red, Mike, and some others from around here will come down with me. Have kind of a mini bash.............. Just a thought.
Blake, bring your helmet to the Bash .

I don't think I want to go to the 4 link deal . Cost is probably out of my budget. Although I would like to have it done that way............

Now that's a thought..............I am going to do some engine up grades also. It seems if you keep the manifold vacuum the same the same as before you started, the computer will still control things properly.
I plan on upping the cubes and port the heads and cam it accordingly. Maybe a bigger throttle body. It already has headers and a 3 inch exhaust with 3 inch (choke masters) on it,

Re: Can you see any difference in my new ride?
I helped my cousin put Bell Tech stuff on a 1/2 ton Chevy. Everything fit perfect and put the truck in the weeds. I think it was 4"/6" front / rear. The front crossmember would hit road kill!! It was a bit low to be practicle in my mind but as was said, "It's your truck!!"
I am wondering what the extended shackle kits do for pinion angle?
I would imagine you could build a pretty cheap 4 bar(link) set up with a panhard bar and some generic air bags and have a nice ride hieght and lots of load carrying capacity to boot. The rock crawling guys build all sorts of very HD suspension set-ups.

Looking good Blake. Just don't lower it too much cause you'll have to get with Bruno and put a system in it so you can "boom boom"

we are working very hard in this market to get away from the boom , boom marketing ....... the boom , boom marketing dont make you money anymore, dont get me wrong we still do plenty of it but the db's have long disappeared . Its being able to integrate your ipod, bluetooth, flow tv, sat radio, hd radio etc. into your vehicle. Its all about selling the high end clientel an audiphile system and educating the client on great sound !
but we can set Blake up with a great sounding system
