37 lbs with box. Top not included in the wt.

Tham ding weighs a TON. I bought one, opened the box, picked it up, swore profusely, put it back in the box and promptly sold it. Too darn heavy for my kind of drag racing.

It's amazing what a mill and die grinder and some time can do for the weight.
