Re: Fox pan
Some in car pics . . . .
Car has front and mid plate, TeamZ K-Member and Flaming River Manual Rack.
Previously had a Moroso Pan in and the engine was as far down as possible without actually touching the rack.
Notches were added to clear the rack as the pan is significantly wider than a Moroso.

These pans are 'glued on' and have no gasket so there is nothing to relaxe.......thus no re-tq.
You mentioned "glued on", is that why so few bolts and can you elaborate on glue and method used ?
Dammit, I had convinced myself to reuse my old homemade pan, now I'm in lust for a custom jobby!
Approximate cost of something very similar to this? Email if you don't want to post.
I just saw the in car pics, looks like my Moroso pump and plumbing. Mine pumps 25 to 80psi running hot.

We use motorcraft TA 31 silicone to "glue" these on......no gasket.
Re: Fox pan
Yes it's a temp. port. The sump holds 7-1/2 qts. The rest would depend on the volume of the filter, lines and how much is 'floating' around in the engine.Doug Rahn wrote:Nice! How many quarts? Is that a temp sensor just above the suction?
Re: Fox pan
Lem,
How bout putting one of those puppies on my motor when they bring it to ya for the re-cam/intake work?
Please put it on the to-do list if Charlie has the time to make one up.

Re: Fox pan
I'm pretty sure it could.....question would be what could/would it hit when installed in a fox body?
