I had a screw in deal with the steel pan, this pad heats much faster than the other did.............surface area.
Little TA31 on the edges and it'll never come off................

When gluing the pans on do you use the end seals or just the TA 31?

Be sure the surfaces are oil free, and dont use to much.

My return dumps into the section betwen the 2 traps, you can barely see the fitting in the pic on the rh side.
Note the TA31 making sure the heater pad stays in place.

the ta31 is to seal the edges up, just put a small bead (and I mean small) around the perimeter and smooth with a finger.
