Sat. at Ohio Valley
Did a little 6.50 racing at the Valley last Saturday. The 95 white Cobra is my other car, It has a nice 408 with a solid roller and AFR 225's. Just got the motor back together 2 days before the race. Got my brother driving it. We both went out first round.

Yeah,,,but at least he was out there racing and trying. Uncle Charlie, along with the rest of the Old Dogs, was watching him. "The Valley" is tough,,,if you can win there, you can win anywhere!

I've thought about trying the Hardinsburg race. What kind of payout is it? Is it very organized? Heard it wasn't.

there were several good running fords there saturday. couple of all ford mustangs in true street and a t-bird and mustang in pro street. ford wins in both classes. showed themselves respectable.

Not sure about the payout. Follow that link and maybe "Tim" can get you that info.
It seems pretty organized to me for both the 7.50 index and 6.50 races.

Thanks, I've been thinking about trying it. Got to go out to BB and do some testing in the heat and find a little more power. 6.52'ish just isn't getting it. I need to be running low 40's, then I will have a little cushion to work with. The black car has been a .42 once, but I haven't been able to duplicate it. I need Blake to come up on a Sat night and rub some of that "SNAKE JELLY" on the motor.83-88T-Bird Guy wrote:scottke wrote:I've thought about trying the Hardinsburg race. What kind of payout is it?
