water pump plate

where would one get a good backing plate only witout buying a whole pump?

Just put an ad in the stuff wanted section.

thought maybe someone knew a source for new replacements. autoparts guy didnt seem to think so.mine is a little to pitted to re-use

thanks lem,does that mean i can get one from shawn in parts? also need head dowels and a new cam bolt. ps,got my cometics,measure at .027 as advetised. just right
