Wow, my very own thread. Thanks Nick! I had a great day so far. I was supposed to work today, but this week my co-worker needed to have off next Friday, so I swapped off days with him. I went to Church with my parents, treated them to an early dinner at a nice Portugese restaurant afterwards, visited my sister and brother in law, went back to my parents, and now I'm back home. I'm gonna watch the Mets-Phillies game at 7pm for a bit, take a nice little nap, and head down to Harrah's in Atlantic City around midnight. I have $130 in free slot dollars to burn, and they are good for the 7th. Ah life is good.

I haven't put the engine/trans in the Fairlane yet, but that is tomorrow's agenda. My brother brought his 47 Ford truck down to my Dad's a few weeks ago, and I can't work on my car and have my Dad struggle with that thing. My Dad and I finally got the linkage and throttle cable right for the tunnel ram we put on, and it sounds and runs great! I donated my high torque starter from my Fairlane for his truck, because his was killing the battery and not turning the thing over. My starter has it running in a split second. I bought a new one and it just came yesterday. I'll throw some pics up when I get it together.

Harold, not doing good on the weight loss program. The vodka part is doing well, but that's about it. I finally figured out the combination, so I don't black out after 4 drinks. I just love to eat.

Thanks again my brethren. I was a jackass last night. I went down to AC with $110 free slot dollars (the other $20 one I had was only good for Mon-Thu ). On the $50 ticket, I made $137, and on the $60 ticket, I made $123. I could have slipped them into the redemption center for $260 cash and walked away, but nooooooooooo, I had to be a big shot, and keep playing. 3 hours later, I walked out at 315am with nothing. I didn't play any of my money, but I drove all the way home calling myself a moron. I didn't get to bed until after 5am with all the coffee I drank, and I went to my nephew's baseball game today at 11am. Took a little nap after that, and woke up with a headache that won't go away. It's another weekend I didn't get my engine back in the Fairlane. I'm a dope!
