Rick , I'll guarantee you Morgan's car is quite abit lighter than Curt's....It's a SCJ headed deal with a single carb. I've seen Curt's engine ,it's got a pick-up truck load of stuff hanging on it plus it's C-headed with a tunnel ram and 2 toilets...But Morgan's ride is haulin the mail!! I told Phillip it would probably run in the 4.80 range when he was building it...She's going to be a really good racer too..It just blows my mind to see her and Jay being as grown up as they are,it seems like only a couple of years ago when Jay was in an infant seat at the track..Damn ,I must be getting old !!Congrats to Jay Dawg too,he was in the finals all 3 days at the Bracket Finals this weekend!!

Curt, the car is not light [swing arm american] but "Mo" is way lighter that her dad . Given the production SCJ block and the FRPP SCJ heads the engine package is lighter than an A460 blocked engine with A460 or C460 heads.

Sorry for the late post. Thanks everyone, Morgan has done a great job and is coming along very quickly. For the first time ever in my life i took my kids to the race track and just let them race. Ol dad just set back an watched. I cant express the enjoyment that weekend.

Lem no way momma is going to let us rub on those heads, we are already 3 tenths faster than I told her it would run. In trouble again.lol
