Initial Timing
Just wanted to see what most you guys are running for initial timing. And whats a good base line to start at and what would be considered too much?

IMO,locked out timing isn't what it's bragged up to be. I run a complete MSD C/T setup, and I would just as soon have my light spring setup.

Re: Initial Timing
everybody tells me to lock my timing out except one good friend. If he didnt know what he was doing I probably would have by now. But street cruising dont need to be locked out and not really good for the small idling crusing

Re: Initial Timing
ours is locked but we adjust the timing with the 7530 so I guess it's really not locked. but during the run it is locked. we only have it adjusting below 4000 for driving throught he pits and starting.
