Well, there you go then. We will be getting our turbo back Monday or Tuesday and should make the trip. Duffy told me he was probably coming as well as our buddy Unc from Texas and Woodard which set the OTT5 record with a 5.08. Should be some fast rides.

How hard would it be to toss the POS 6.0 and drop in a decent 460? One would have to find all of the proper drivetrain components out of an earlier model, but they are readily available in the salvage yards. Maybe a 460 with a 5sp and a B/W transfer case. I like the body style and the running gear is great, just that the engine choices suck.

keeping all the electronics happy without the engine/transmission stuff being there would be a chore...........its all tied together nowadays.
