Spring wt Location tag

I have some coil over rear shocks from QA1 Motorsports. Where can you find the spring wt rating on these springs? I dont see a tag or nothing.

They might be etched on the bottom flat seat part of the springs. Most have a metal tag wrapped around a coil on the spring, some are engraved into the bottom.

On all of the springs I have, it's stenciled on to one of the coils.

Some cheaper and/or older springs out there might not have any tags/markings on them at all. If this turns out to be the case on your springs you can either take them to someone to have them tested to find the spring rate. Or you could get a close reading of the spring rate with a bathroom scale & a drill press.
