Piston clearance Empty Piston clearance

I am trying to sell the other block I have, and a question was brought up about piston clearance.

Block has been bored and honed .030 to give a bore of 4.390. I am unsure for what type of rings it was honed for. If it needs to be re-honed, how would that affect piston clearance?
