Rod/piston assembly help.
I'm sure if I stared at I'd figure it out but since the parts are not at home with me I need help.
Which way do I put the rod chamfer when I assemble the rods/pistons? Won't all the chamfered sides go in the same direction since 4 will be flipped for the opposite bank?

Re: Rod/piston assembly help.
The rod chamfers should go to the outside of each rod journal so you have clearance at the radius on the journal. The squared sides of each rod should go together, and the chamfers opposite each other on each journal.
So yeah, 4 will face one direction and the other bank will go the other direction.
