'95 PSD oil cooler o-rings
How tough of a job is this? I've had them leaking a little in the winter the last few years, but this winter it's a real gusher when cold.
I guess it's time.

Not a bad job, just a big mess. I leave the front housing bolted to the engine, remove the block heater to drain the coolant, remove oil filter, 4 10mm bolts on the rear housing, then remove the rear housing and cooler as an assy. tap rear housing off and replace the 4 orings on the cooler. Lube orings real good and press rear housing onto the cooler. Make sure the oil press regulator does not pop out of the rear housing, if it wont stay you can stake the bastard in. Lube front housing real good, hold in place and use a prybar to put pressure on it..................dont force too hard, keep moving it around with pressure on it and it will then just slid in
Its just a mess, also replace the gasket on the rear housing to the block.
