You probably should put a 4" hole in each side window anyway to give the fire/safety crew someplace to quickly jab a fire hose in case something ever goes wrong.

This looks like one great project. It will be a very unique ride.
It looks like you have developed the hat/Holmes intake into an EFI setup. That will be a nice deal.
