Re: any word on pro stock
I will go see my uncle and see if i can find out what is going on. See what he knows. Just so you know he had shoulder surgery. I'm talking about Larry Morgan. I do know he was supposed to head for testing soon, but I dont remember when he said at Christmas. I will also see if they have any new news on their powerplants and who may be running them. They do a lot of engine work for other racers, brand X and his former factory employer. I have seen mountain engines in the shop.

Pro stock
I read where Cunningham booted Enders and Glidden and went with a youngster. Hope the car performs well this year.

Actually, Bob Glidden resigned after an arguement with Jim Cunningham about the cars and drivers. According to an NHRA.com news release, Glidden stated: “Jim informed me last Thursday [Jan. 6], that it wasn’t any of my business who is driving his cars. I thought he had more respect for me than that, but apparently he doesn’t, and so I have left the team. It broke my heart, but that’s the way it is.”
Since Cunningham is only fielding 1 car this year, he has hired on a 19 year old young gun named Buddy Perkinson, to drive the lone Mustang in the Cunningham stables.
Erica Enders is now driving the Victor Cagnazzi Chevrolet, in place of Jeg Coughlin, who is said to be taking a leave of absence from Pro Stock, and is rumored to be looking at possibly doing some Funny Car testing??
Sounds like Morgan's been makin' a few gains in the off season. If it goes like he's sayin', it should be a good showing fat least for him. I hope so, but we'll see.

Yeah, and not that Erica doesn't deserve a ride, I am not a hater. Her ride is available due to the fact that her father brings money to the table. There is not any other reason that she is driving a prostock car. (At this time)

I am not close enough to her situation to make any comments on that but if what you say is true you can add her to a long and distinguished list. It just seems to be the way the business is run these days.
