head stud?
arp make a head stud that will work with a-429 and p-51 or do have buy 2 diff. sets?thanks

The P51 work best with the longer studs on the exh side and 12 point nuts.......the ones listed for blue thunder heads. the Standard ones can be made to work but will not be quite right.

ARP 255-4301 is the number i used . Outers are 6-1/2" from memory, where the normal 460 head studs are only 6-1/8". Inners all the same in both sets

I used my std. studs on my P51's and they worked fine. I used 12 pt nuts in the top row and the 6 pts on the bottom.

so if you had the blue thunder head bolt it would work on both trying to buy once instead of twice.
