walmart and its cheap, under 20 bucks.. went to GNC to look around and they tried selling me some creatine pills but for $60,way to much for me.

used to take gnc pro performance creatine years ago. Don't remember cost.. Guy at work like muscletech stuff. I think he uses celltech plus roids and such. I don't lift anymore, but I will ask around to my buds that still do

Re: weight lifters..
I used to be a distributor back when I was competing, and playing semi-pro football back in '00-'03. I got mine out of Bulgaria, which at the time was the best on the planet. I haven't heard much about the Walmart brand, but I have heard good about the Celltech, & Muscletech products. I don't take any of it anymore, but I still workout regularly. I'm down about 60 lbs from where I was competing & playing ball. A friend of mine is a supplement distributor here now. Not sure what brands though. Send me your # and I'll have him get ahold of you. Or I can get the info, and get back to ya.

Tell me your goals! Creatine in nothing more than (water weight gains). Don't waist your money! Eat right, lift 3 days on, 1 day off! You don't build muscle in the gym, you build it resting!
I'll get you on the right track!
1,300 lbs leg press
Few pics of my best friends (ALL NATURAL BODYBUILDING) he won his class, and second over all. with my diet!

Re: weight lifters..
I agree with Adam 110%. Rest is the key, and proper eating habits. I'm still working on the latter.
Dang Adam! Your leg press pic looks alot like mine when I was powerlifting. Our machine never had the center stack, but it would hold 10 plates/side, (only 900 lbs. ) and I would do 4 sets of 8 parallel presses on my leg day. I kinda miss those days.
Back to the topic at hand. Creatine does create weight gain, but like Adam said, it's more toward the water side. If I were doing it now, I'd lean more toward higher protein intake. Keep the caloric intake up, but watch the carbs, & the types of fat intake is critical. I'm not sure about now, but when I was lifting hard, there were more powerlifters using the creatine than bodybuilders. Here's a prime example:
I'm the one on the far left. I was 245 lbs. in this picture. But, I still carried a 31" waistline. And could run the 40 for football, in 5.2 sec. I was a competetive powerlifter, and was a blocking fullback for our local semi-pro football team. I was still in great shape, but was a little lacking in the chiseled look dept. I hope I don't sound "quirky" here but, I've seen many pics of Adam in his boating "attire" & he would definitely be one to seek nutritional advise from over someone like myself. Heck, I may even hit him up for some of that advise myself.
Myself, I no longer lift in this manner, but use a Total Gym Home Gym, for maintainance, and do more cardio. Adam, if you don't mind, pm me your diet info as well. I'm always up for a change.
Good luck.

That's all it is Harold. Like the old Nike slogan said, "Just do it". A couple things about moving to a healthier lifestyle.
1) It's never too late to start.
2) It only takes 20-30 min/day to get healthy/healthier, and stay there. You don't have to workout 2 hours/day. Start slow, and work up to a predetermined goal.
3) Eat healthier. More fruits, veggies, and nuts (lightly salted, or unsalted).

I'll probly do some roofing part time on my days off from my main job, that shit slimed me down too, but always had a little belly, think I got down to 175 then. But I wasn't eatin much. Lose 5 pounds in a day, felt good. Doug u a big boy, wouldn't want to be on the other end of that fist! Cans of tuna is only 58 cents, makes a perfect meal, just gota stay busy or I'll eat. I'm starting to see some results but I'm just trying to go a little further and do it the best I can.

Re: weight lifters..
Tell you all what..
I'll post up three diets..
2 for men,
1 for women.
You can find great diets in any fitness mag. It's up to you to stick with it...!
Keep in mind, I built these diets around men and women who do bodybuilding shows.
It's not a secret, just eat right, do 45 minutes of cardio (in the morning on an empty stomach) lift in the evening.
Nothing over the top.! No running, just walk at a pace in which you can talk to someone next to you!!! Oxygen is the key to burning fat!
My boy in the pic didn't do a minutes worth of cardio. Diet, and weights...

Some people don't like or use Muscletech or Celltech products because they have been known to have "unlisted" ingredients in thier mixes.
I'll leave it at that.

My daily lunch box has wheels. I eat 10 meals a day. The more meals you eat the more weight you will loose. Funny, but true! No fast food.
THere are 4 food groups, fast food is not a food group!
I'll tell ya' later why you put weigth on when you try to cut food out!!!!

Duff. alot of varibles go into setting up a dietfor some one.Depends on your goals, are you a bodybuilder?,just sometime work out in the gym guy?,runner? Regardless eating rules are pretty basic. We all know the more bad fats and sugars we cumsume the more weight it puts on.High protien Moderate complex carbs...and I can't stress enough Complex carbs...the better your diet will be.Not everybody's metabolism is the same. Some people can eat anything and not get fat. They are so gifted. To gain or maintain muscularty you must eat or drink a good protien source.Dieting is a little more complex than just telling someone to eat a bunch of protien.and lift weights. It all depends on your goals and what you train for.I am a Light-Heavy weight bodybulder in the Masters Division.I am currently being trained by an IFBB Super heavy weight Pro Bodybuilder that is a long time friend.I eat 554 grams of protien, and 259 grams of carbs a day, which is 2-3 times what a normal person eats.I eat 9 times a day including getting up at 3am to drink a shake. My diet will change drastlically in the last 15 weeks until the contest.Bodybuilding diets are very boring.Adam is so right.Great diet and lots of rest, thats when you grow.michael

Adam,My show is coming up in Aug 20th here in Greensboro. It is called Muscle Heat which is put on by IFBB pro Quincy Roberts. It is going to be a Pro Show and a NPC with Masters and Open classes. The pro is for the 202 and under class. The top 3 Pro's qualify for the Olympia from what I understand. My buddy that is the IFBB pro is going to guest pose at this contest. He won the Masters Nationals Overall to get his Pro card. Its been awhile since I've competed so I've been on this diet since Sept.,and have 23 more weeks to go.Adam as you know the longer you diet the harder and crisper you get.I want to come in at 198 on the top end.I have not cheated in 6 months nor will I ,but damn I could tear up a plate of baked mac-n cheese.11months is a long time to eat 30 egg whites a day and oatmeal and sweet pototoes.Duff ,good luck with your diet and training.Just stick with it and it willcome off.Michael
