Scratches on chrome? Empty Scratches on chrome?

Post  K.B.R April 4th 2011, 11:43 pm

Was polishing a replacement filler lid for a '58 Buick and the plastic wrap had melted on it.I was taking it off with my fingernails and got some light scratches on it.

Is there a simple way to take them off?

Do you just use a rag? I'd like to polish up some of my trim as well.

I like the three different powerballs that they have. two red(one big, one small) and the yellow.

I can get any Mothers products if anyone is interested. Most of the time it is cheaper shipped to your door than auto parts store prices.

I am using Mothers for the polish.I polished the lid and the scratches are still there.

That is what I wasn't sure of,would the polish eventually take them off?

They are just light scratches but I would still like to take them off if I could.
