Scratches in my new king bearings
I'm checking main clearances on both motors today and the speedpro bearings i got from Lem where fine the dial bore gage left light marks in them but you can't feel them with your finger nail, but with the king bearings when i used the dial bore gage it left a good scratch right away in the upper and lower bearing that you can feel with your finger you dont even need to use your nail so what now is it ok or do i need to hit the scratches with croakus cloth, scotchbrite or something else ?
