Gear stagger
Can you run a slight stagger in a dirt drag truck? I like the stagger in my bog truck now, but the new truck will spend half of its time on top of the ground and half in a mud race pit.

Re: Gear stagger
I ran staggered gears in my truck for the past several years. Only issue I had wa if i had it on hard ground alot it seemed to eat ujoints faster. In the pit it kept the truck running straighter.

Re: Gear stagger
yep no problem running stagered ratio in a drag truck, try to keep it under 10% overdriven, I've ran mine at about 8% for 3 seasons with no breakage at all, mostly drags, the odd bog pass
