washer fluid injection

anybody has real world experience with boosting octane with the water meth injection? Worth the time

Installed a SNOW Performance water/methanol kit on my truck last year. Previously I ran Av Gas to prevent pinging, with the Snow kit I run super from the pump and the truck works great! I haven't tried to see how low an octane I can get down to but it was the best purchase I made. I use -49 windshield wiper fluid (49% methanol, 50% water & 1% detergent). I have nothing good or bad to say of the other kits but I can tell you the guys at SNOW Performance were very helpful with any questions or troubleshooting.

that's the company I was looking at. Should I have it on for dyno tune. Only Running 11to 1, but might get a little ore timing out of it.

If this is your first dyno pull I would sort out the carb first and get the jetting spot on and then work with the water/methanol system.

will be a little while yet. It's a 588 with tfs a 460 heads and singlle intake. Motorsport block. Hoping for over 800

If you're not happy with it I could find a home for it between the frame rails of my old girl Sounds like a great motor!

it's a pump gas deal. I'm even putting a c on it. I'll let you know when to pick it up.
