Nick,i ran my F-150 XLT Supercab 4X4,EcoBoost,3.55 LS axle at the track on Sunday.I only made 3 passes First was a 15.16 at 93.50 Mph a 15.44 at 93.07 Mph and the last pass was a 14.97 at 93.25 Mph.I was happy with that pass when i left the track it had 700 miles on it.What did your truck run when you raced it?

in 5th or 6th gear when you give it some pedal it almost feels like its missing/skipping ....... of course they have to call the engineers
and they cant seem to get the tires balanced (replaced one already )
oil change , and a bath (living in the country she gets dirty )

I just don't understand why someone would buy a new truck like this and take it out and race it..... you do know there are some ford engineers on here seeing how you are racing your new truck and I would void all warranty if it was me......

Come on Coug ,take a chill pill, them engineers could'nt give a shit less what you do w/your truck. They are engineers not detectives. I think it's good advertisement.

The year the Taurus came out with the Eco Boost, a guy ran one at Bowling Green and Ford knew it less than an hr after he ran low 12's with it at the race. His local dealer ship was advised too.

His name is Terry Reeves and he works at a Ford dealership in the Cincy area.
That dude doesn't keep a new vehicle long.
Last year in BG at the NMRA finals he became the first person to win an NMRA race in the new 2011 Coyote 5.0 Mustang.

But i guess pulling a enclosed trailer up a long hill miles at a time is harder then 15 seconds down the dragstrip.Come on man think before you make remarks like that.

Blake,
FWIW,That Taurus wasn't stock it had a tune in it that's why the warranty would be voided. The Taurus SHO is a 13 second car from the factory.

For the life of me,I still can't figure out why anyone would want to race their golf cart.I'm turning your azz in to the Club car engineers.

Maybe its because he can't see over the steering wheel of his T-bird?

Only reason I wouldn't be able to see over the steering wheel in my Tbird ...is if I put all the big checks and trophies I've won in it
