Lots of times. However, they have used two different ones of different graded steels.

Make sure you use the correct distributor gear no matter what shaft you get...

Full billets are 9310 and UGL billets are usually 8620.
5150 is a common roller core material however, it doesn't stand up well to aggressive grinds; hydraulic rollers are usually OK as well as Solid street rollers.
8660 is a tempered steel Semi-Ground-Lobes which is a super blank.
