Mike Stevens Build
I would like to thank Mike for allowing me to post pictures of his build and parts on this site for hopefully everyones enjoyment. Mike has purchased a 615 tfs a-head engine from me. It has topl line parts and should make some great power. Here are a few pictures to get us started.

Email them to me Phillip, and I'll get them up for you.
Having been there when Mike and Doug came up and dropped off a few of the pieces, all I can say is I know you'll be happy Mike.

Rob, I have no doubt that Phillip will build a fine piece.
As I told Lem..Phillip has been, where I am wanting to go. I'd be a fool not to take advantage of his experience.

Re: Mike Stevens Build
Guys,
In the seventh picture down, you'll see Mike's valves setting on the workbench. Those are titanium intake valves and they have the DLC, or TiNi (titanium nitride) black color coating on them, that Jeff Jones talked about at our Winter Tech Seminar in Evansville, IN. You do not ever grind these titanium valves. The life span of the valves is at least tripled, if not more. The seat contact surface just does not wear at all. I'm glad Mike stepped up for the really good stuff.

That is for the offset Mag drive and/or fuel pump drive.
If you look at the front of Jerry Smith's blown motor, It is basically the same block with the cover to use the drives..
I do have a Magnesium cover to use those drives, if I wanted to..
