power loss with less compression
I was just wondering if there would be any HP loss if i went form 13.7 to 12.25 compression but the new heads will flow a good bit better. this is a 521 cid engine. is it possible the engine might gain power because of the extra flow.

That is entirely possible ... it's all in the combination.
Re: power loss with less compression
Like Randy said, if you don't add the needed components to take advantage of the new air flow and RPM needed to go with it, then It probably won't gain anything and may lose power, especially torque..............
