I will be using PI heads for my build and would like to see between 12 and 13:1 compression. Is there an off the shelf piston that will fit the bill or will I have to go custom?

I don't know of any shelf domed ones for that. Odds are its going to be a custom.

If you bump the bore up a bit Arias makes a nice dome top but I think the bore is 4.437". Also @ BRC they have some over stock and might have a dome I'll check my daytimer I thought I had a parts number for them. You will need a comp height of around 1.43" or so is that correct ?

No piston manufacturer that I know of, other than that Arias for a 6.800" rod, offers a dome "catalog" piston in anything except stock replacement sizes.
A flat-top piston with that combination would be just over 11/1 so, a custom piston would be most likely.
