Does anybody know how thick the head is on the ARP 12 point flexplate bolts? I read they are thinner than the oem?

If you're buying new bolts make sure they aren't too long. If so they'll bottom out on the block and chew up the thrust bearing...

I used a set of 9" ring gear bolts for my flexplate. Just the right length and free to boot.
