That's amazing, modern technology in capable hands, amazing results! I didn't see any NHRA S/S combo in the record book that runs that quick or that fast! Some of the SS/Modified entries are close but not quite there. I'm impressed.

If someone would be so kind as to explain these NHRA Class designations for me.
Ray and Drew Skillman's Gatornationals entries were entered as SS/BA and SS/AA respectively. I notice on Thursday's qualifying report, Ray's entry is listed as SS/BS and Drew's entry as SS/AAA. Is the SS/BS representative of supercharger and what is the /AAA? There may be a SS/BS class, as to modified or sport entries although I'm not sure of the additional A in the SS/AAA entry. Misprints?
