A friend of mine and I were discussing what the c/r would be w/4.600 bore,flat top A460 pistons w/in/ex eyebrows,and a 88cc A460 head? Would it be 14.1 or bigger w/that bore?

It be about 12.8:1 with a 4.5 stroke and about 12.25:1 with a 4.3.

Even with a 4.5 stroke and a build that is plenty optimized for NA, you'd still no more than 12.75:1

4.5 stroke and a 6.8 rod. How much would you have to cut the head to get to 14.1
