What would be better suspension to drive on street. Ladder bars or 4link(maybe set up like a mustang-straight at the bottom and angled in at the top, like rock crawler.) Wanting to drive a 7-800 hp car over weekend to car show when don't go racing. Thanks E.t.

Regular race style ladder bars don't give you enough body-roll for street use in most cases. The body-roll is needed on street/highway driven cars so they can better turn into/out of driveways and parking lot entrances (and also into/out of road hazards & potholes) with less chance of bending a suspension component. Pro street type ladder bars (with rubber/urethane front bushing/rod-ends) help the situation a little bit, but they still don't allow as much body-roll as a 4-link will. Now I'm not saying that a ladder bar 100% can't be used on the street, it can. It's just that you have to be more careful how you drive the car when on the street.....sometimes a lot more careful.

But even with a 4-link on a truly "street & strip" driven car, there is always going to be some amount of compromise on how the car is setup because of it's intended dual purpose. A 4-link with all metal spherical rod-ends is going to be best for the track, but it might make the ride quality on the street too harsh for some people. And while a 4-link with soft-flexible rubber/urethane rod-ends might make for a smooth ride on the street, they might move/squish around too much on hard launches at the rack on a car with decent power/torque numbers.
