Well men, I finally made it to the track and tested the car. Just 2 peace of passes. Gotta get some seat time. Mainly was seeing if the engine was gonna make good power and the suspension go straight. I feel both did better than me. My second pass ever since I built the car was with Boosted GT and yea he skinned my ass.lol! Ofcourse I was half cocked but I'm gonna get right.

Thanks! We'll I didn't really get a time. I figured I'ld practice on a pro tree and I left to early on the first pass and just on and off the pedal and the same on the second pass. I just dropped the transbrake sending it back to get checked out. It felt good. No butterflies and wasn't nervous. I only spinned it to bout 5500. I'm going to 7000 neXT time out.

I've been testing my car as well as getting some seat time. My last test Pass which was alike the rest, piece of a pass, I launched at 3000 and backed out with end the 60 and went back to it went to 2nd and it broke the tires. But anyway 60 was poor 1.55, 330 4.304 at 78mph. Et was 6.80 at 91mph. With this activity, 60 time and et, can a better et be guested if ran all out?
Thanks

In the 10s. Probably mid to high 10. I needed a 6.4 in 1/8th and caught a high 9 @ 138

I finally made it back to the track. Things were a whole lot better. I made 3 passes. The quickest one was a 6.08, 60 ft 1.43 at 116 mph, and cost cross the quarter with a 9.9 at 108 mph. The 6.19 pass was at 119.8 mph. This is foot brake shifting at 6000 rpm. Im happy with it.

We must be 580 brothers....
Looking at your data it appears that you've got traction problems that may be adding 4/10ths to your 1/4 mile ET. The MPH doesnt match the ET.

Forgot to mention that I had got out of it good before I cross the quarter. That's why it was 108mph.

Oh, Lem! Thanks for the combination . This thing is fast. I feel it'll 5.60 5.50 if I run it all out.

I finally made it back to the track. It turned out pretty good, almost bad but I'm  happy so far. The motor is making Clydesdale horse power. It went 5.45 and had to get off the throttle before the finish line. It shifted at 7 and headed toward 8 and broke traction and I about freaked. I steered through it thank God. And coasted on through to race another day. This is all muscle, pure grunt.

Broke traction, it was about 10 o'clock pm. I'm not to sure where it broke traction at but I  coasted cross the finish at 93 mph.

I need to get fine tuned. The plugs are black, stay black, always black. It was real fat all the way down the track. I gotta call Patrick at Pro system. My timing may be a lil low.

Did you ever tune it in on a dyno or just guessing the tune?

No, I have'nt I figure I'll try cleaning it up with some air bleeds upon Pro system directions. Maybe get to a chassis dyno some time or another. I have a wide band 02 sensor in one collector but it always read 22 or something like that. Thanks for your reply, any and all replies. I been tugging at this build for a long time. I've learn alot through this site.

Is you wideband calibrated correctly? if it is, you are wayyyy rich. Need some carb tuning and timing work to help clear that up
