Valve springs?
Found a broken inner spring so I'm gonna change them all out . Who's springs last the longest on a solid roller?

Personally, I usually use the PAC stuff but, there are a bunch of other brand valve springs which will do the job IF they are not overstressed.
They ALL have a cycle life which is different depending upon what they are required to do.

i've had good luck with the manley green stripe from Lem.also had erson before with good service,i think they're the same spring as manley.i have pac on the new heads so time will tell.....

I run Manley polished next ekes, and agree with Bruno, they seem to last a good while if you back them off during the off season.
