profiler header flanges Empty profiler header flanges

I have a set of profiler series 205 heads and want to know where to get the header flanges for them.
part number would be great or a direct link. 2 and 1/4 inch port size.
I was told to just buy a set of chevy headers as they will fit, is this true.

Hell no, it's not true Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation You don't need to listen to that person's advice anymore.

The Pro-Filer 205 Ford head was also known as the C-460 Replacement head a few years back. Those heads have the Pro Stock bolt pattern as well as the Thor heads. HOWEVER, the port exit location within that Pro Stock bolt pattern is different for the Thor, Pro-Filer 205 and C-460 heads.

By that I mean if we start with the C-460 heads and their port exit location, then the Thor port is raised up, and the Pro-Filer port is raised up and to the left.

For the correct Pro-Filer 205 header flanges, you need to contact Mike at The Fab Shop in New Palestine, IN.

You're welcome. Now then, when you call The Fab Shop in New Palestine, IN.,,,,,,,you need to tell them about the what size primary pipe you are wanting to use. Yes, the port opening is a little under 2.250", and you can get the flanges for 2.250" or 2.375" primaries, either one.

the fab shop has also asked if it is the C flange or the A460 flange, all I know is that they are round and they are the 205 series.
can you help or would you need to see them.

The Fab Shop should know better. But since Tim died I can understand the confusion. It is not a C-460 flange, nor is it an A-460 flange. It is the Pro-Filer 205 Ford flange. I have a lazer cut sample of the flange here. Have Mike at the Fab Shop call me, or I'll try to call him.

We also have the flange file for the Thor type port in our stash.
We can make the flanges in steel or stainless.
If you can not find any gimme a call.

I forgot you were in Australia. I'm sorry. So do you have someone there who can water jet or lazer cut flanges? How close are up to Aaron Tipper?

I do not know Aron but I do have access to someone with a water jet just down the road, just need a plan or template if possible.

Send me a p.m. with your address. I can take care of you. I'll send you a Pro-Filer 205 template out of 1/16" thick steel, and then your guy can water jet your own flanges.

Thanks for all your chasing around charlie I really appreciate that, but Mike from the fab shop has also just e-mailed me and he has a set there so I have asked him to send them over,
