Does anyone know the difference in pressure and volumne between a mellings std. pump and their H.V. model?

It will vary depending on clearances.

Melling says that the volume of the pumping unit will be 20% more for a high-volume pump and that the by-pass spring has a 20% higher pressure ... as has been said, the rest of the engine will determine what those actual numbers are.
