Recommend baseline carb settings please

Can someone recommend some baseline carb settings for a big block newbie? I have a 460 in a '76 Eliminator jet boat. New Edelbrock 750 that needs to be tuned. 5000ft elevation. Offenhauser intake manifold, Bassett Racing headers, stock block and heads I believe

Baseline as in jet size or air fuel ratio

in stock form it should have 113 prim 107 sec and 7147 rod

110 prim 104 sec and 6547 rod for 5000ft would be a good start use the orange spring
