Clutch spring compressor tool

Where can I get a clutch spring compressor tool for the Reverse/High clutch pack? Also which oil do I put in it. I know the earlier ones used Type F, but saw somewhere that the newer models used Dextron 3.

HyTran, and HyGuard work well too. I am using the IH HyTran in mine. Takes more heat.
