Shop recommendation

Does anyone recommend a machine shop in North / Central Florida to do a splayed cap conversion on a D1 block? I already have the Milodon caps. Want it done right.

Where would I find Eddie Miller? Is there a shop by that name?
What about the guy in Plant City? Is his shop under his name as well?
