Can anyone identify this BBF solid roller?

Looks to be compcams with markings: 306-5/314-5 RID (or R10??), L5450, CC

Any feedback what kind of spring pressures should be used with it?

306-5 = 270* @ .050" - .420" lobe lift

314-5 = 278* """""""" - .420" """"""""""

I suspect that's R10.......which would be a 110* LSA
