Tony, I'm looking at Strange single adjustables for the rear on my wagon. What would you suggest for springs, or can you point me towards someone who could help me? Not sure on the weight, but I'm guessing around 3000

Start at 225-250# for a slick.

Fairmont wagon, Upr front suspension, tubular control arms with bushings, strange single adjustable struts with 14"180 lb springs. Mini tubbed, Wolfe offset single adjustable lowers, UPR double adjustable uppers, 8.8 rear with 4.10 gears, MT 28x12.5 ET streets. I'm in the process of doing thru floor sub frame connectors and planning on a 10 point cage. Power will be a 521 Blue Thunder head, approximately 13.3 to 1 compression with a PA C6. I currently have a Coan 3500 stall converter but I'll probably be sending it to Lenny a UCC for up grading after the motor has been dynoed.

I have had good success with 175# on the front and as low as 110" on the rears depending on track conditions and whether I run DR or slicks.

Has anyone used the comp engineering front 175 spring? I gotta 85 notch with 429 iron headed c6, strange adjustable shocks on all 4, and upr 175 coil overs in back. I was wondering if the noise will sit too low with those springs...

i wouldnt think they would sit too low. we run less than that with our small block with a 70 lb turbo in the front bumper.

I have run a lighter front spring as well - I think you will be ok.
