My dirt track partner called and he took our 2nd win of the year..

Thats 2 heat wins, 2 feature wins and a 2nd in 3 races...
He did keep it a closer race this time.
I can see the banning stick coming now. Suspect

Have you found any other tracks close by to race at? Sounds to me like they might run the fast ford out of town. Laughing

This is the only track we can run this motor at... Sad
The motor rules are wide open, as oppossed to the other area tracks...
We have been talking about building a "legal" (358") motor for the other tracks

LOL..

The only thing really not legal is we run 410"...
Limit at most tracks is 358" to 365"..

We do need a backup.... this one has 15 races on it..

Partner called me last night... The promoter has changed some rules, to "boost the car count".....
So far we look ok..we actually get to shed some weight...BUT......
We can't get to the 2400lb minimum weight and keep the percentages for the chassis right.. Suspect

Might not be a problem... We were 80lbs heavy at the old minimum and kicked their Azz.. cheers

Promoter was also on Facebook talking about the rules changes as says.... and I quote..

"Bozzard ( another driver) and Pritchard (my Partner) probably have 650hp on tap." Shocked
I told him the was no way my stock block, LO-buck FORD made that much.....
I don't think he believed me...

10 and 11 degree is fine lol...............

A 358 and a little more gear and enough piston to get the compression back, and I doubt you lose anything to them.

Also the extra 80 lb's can be put where you need it. Cool Wink

Thats what I told him...

Pull all the ballast off of it, and put on just enough to get percentages right.
We'll probably end up still 80 - 100 over weight, because it a "stock front clip" car.
