I keep getting 28's & 29's but no 30. I like how the longer you wait to shoot the more your arm moves around.

keep in mind the 6.9 - 7.3L were not great engines when they first hit the market, they too had issues...
the 6.7L has had some issues out of the gate, but from an warranty stand-point it's lower than any other diesel launch....

Re: can you beat 29?
that pic is a 2012 w only 50k on it. I will say most of the serious engine failures are from fleet trucks....... so the average guy that dont use his hard should be ok.
This truck was towed to us from another dealer as they had a 6 week backlog and these guys needed their truck in a bad way.
I can count on one hand the 6.0s I put engines in under warranty over the years, 7.3 is next in line mainly due to a poor airbox design. 6.7 are next..... w 6.4 at the top of the list.
what was this thread about to begin with????????? lol

its not a Teksid block they are using.. it's an OEM alui 4.6L block.
somewhere in the write up, it was pointed out that the teksid would give no bennies over the oem block.
