how many gallons of fuel do you guys use up at the track ?

curious on what guys end up using up ?

combos and how many passes with play a huge roll .

Didnt know if you guys use 10 gallons or 15 ....ect or 5

5 days of racing.

ohh 5 days .....whats the typical singl big carb guys using up say 500-572 ci combos ? any idea

I use less than 5 gal per race, warmup, 5-6 passes or so. 4 wheeler make for good fuel economy.

i hope a day at track say 6-8 passes i hope the i dont use anymore that 8-10 gallons lol

at there current price .......good thing i got a diesel to tow to the track atleast save a lil there

3 1/2 gallons of pump gas.

Racing 1/8 mile on a 1/4 track. About one mile round trip, trailer to stage, make pass, back to trailer.
A touch less than 1 gal of methanol and 1 pint of 93 oct pump gas per pass. 1 qt of pump gas for initial warm up.

Injected A head 598.

Running 6 passes my 557 on gas used 5 gallons and on alky uses 7 gallons. I was paying $45 for 5 gallons of gas and I now pay $20 for 5 gallons of alky.....for me and trying to keep cost down the alky is a no brainer.

no doubt if I was gonna bracket race alky would still be on it......

When I was running gas about 4 gallons of 110 switched to alky I would use 2 gallons a pass about a 2 mile around trip if I went to the end and not the 1st turn off

I go through almost a gallon/175' pass plus return

~1.5gallons/pass driving to staging and back to the pits on gas. About 3/4 mile round trip.
