Damaged Oil seals
First time to ever see any done this way.............. Looks like the end of a shot gun shell.

It's one of the steel body positive stop seals blue rubber. It came of a set of SCJ Motor Sport heads.
It came of the guide and was being batted up and down on the valve stem. I have never seen one that was perfectly mis shapened, had three that looked identical. Usually the spring chews them up or the cock sideways and get mashed out of shape.
Just thought it was interesting.

i had that issue on my 302. i switched to old school umbrellas and they seem to be simple, cheap and work the best.
