with the spacer and jets , it had a hit and mis stumble, finally found it, had #7 plug boot burnt and arching on header, the results spacer and jets are not valid, i thought the spacer was the lost et..ill try again when it stop raining here and tornado are gone..last week it had gone 7.70 in 1/8 mile 3 passes in a row, then slow down..pick up..same thin this week..it was the dam bunt acrhing wire..i dialed a 7.69 1st rd and went .013 and ran a 7.93..but im have a blast, 25 passes so far and the olny reason the hood open is when i mess with jets and stuff..

went back to the original jetting..no carb spacer, and ran dead on 7.70 1/8 mile and 12.25 1/4 mile..but broke a rocker stud

got rocker stud fixed and new push rod , went right back to running 12.25--27 range..so i dial a 12.25 and out of now where it runs a 12.16 @109..and i broke out ..have no idea why it pick up over 3 mph and 10th of second..i made no changes, runs where about 45 min apart, everything was the same..it felt more responsive and crisper in water box, on that pass it ran 12.16 but the 60ft and 1/8 mile was 100% identical to the pass that it ran 12.25..it picked up that much on top end..only thing i can think of is it was a fluke or the motor is loosening up , it was a little tight going together

6--14-13.......tnt , last week it ran a 12.16 and air temp was 80ish..today heat index was 100+, but ran a 12.22, then i tried short shift at 5500 and it ran 12.07
