Finally some good luck

Finally got the gremlins chased out of the truck and had a good weekend of racing without any breakage. I was testing the truck at my private testing grounds last week, and the bad wheel hop was still there in the front. Did a little tweaking on the front shocks and was getting it under control when I broke the front pinion. Had a spare front gear set laying around and got it put in Friday, but didn't have time to test it. I got some advice from Denny, cranked the shocks all the way up, reset the toe on the front, changed rear gear ratio and went out and made some of the best passes that I've ever had. Picked up a 2nd in Mod, and a win in Open. Hope to stay together up in Sturgis and make some good passes up there too.

Good deal! I'm going to add some nitrogen to my front shocks while they are out being rebuilt to make them a little stiffer, hoping to get my bad wheel hop out as well. New radius arms will be done this week.

I'm getting closer on the trailer Jim. I'm off to the Sturgis race this weekend, so it's gonna get used.
