Thanks man. I remember seeing that Nova. It had about a 4-6" cowl hood. Good looking car. I'll be back next year.5pointslow wrote:Congrats man !!
i was on here last week and i recall you saying you were going to run 10.00 there and it was your first year at it .
I was watching the live feed here and there over the weekend and was saying to my wife that guy was from the forum im on and hes going rounds ....and BBF power to boot
You did a great job and if you look at 10.00 index as a whole class wise it was on of the toughest there most guys were deadly on the tree.
a local guy to me went to semis in 8.50 index John Sandahl ( bright orange chevy 2 nova ) hes the local 8.50 champ at New england dragway . Good guy that owns a chassis shop 15 min away
After the 3rd round on qualifying I got bumped back to #7 with a 10.014. Tight class.

Well I finally got the car back on the track. Check out the video link below. I'm the 3rd pair out in the left lane. Imagine what I will be able to get this 2655lbs tank to run If I can keep both systems lit for the whole pass. Keep watching after my junk runs. There are a couple more fast Fords to see.

Nice. I'm hoping to step up to maybe the 8.50 index in a year or two.

That class looks like a lot of fun. Every car in the class can be a show car they look so good.

A 4.40 is a damn nice lap for a 600 inch nitrous deal these days. Especially when there are some 700+ CI stuff out there struggling to go that fast.Tony M wrote:sorry guys. I dint make up my mind to go until that Friday AM and I had to leave Saturday night after qualifying 5th.
