old a460 or ex 514

im running a old a460 intake now and wonder what i could expect if i change to a ex514 i just got a deal on.

the way I understand is the older shorter intake work better with an Automatic trans....

thats sounds great I am curious also I have an older shorter intake that I am saving for such a build....
