Not that I was not ready for the cold... just don't like it... snow is ok, ice on the otherhand SUCKS!!!!

You fellas have ways to go to set a record for being cold...  Back in January of 1954, Rogers Pass, Montana hit -70*F...  A local report in Two-Dot, Montana said they were at -45*F at 7:30 this morning... It don't matter where you're at, when it gets that cold, it just don't matter anymore...

One nice thing about the weather - there's no mosquitoes and when you put the ice cube tray outside it only takes 5 minutes for cubes !!!

I would rather have whiskey with ice cubes than ice off the ground.   

Just put the whisky outside, its twice as cold, and it doesn't get diluted with water from a melting ice cube.

My youngest son, who will be 25 Dec 27, called me yesterday to wish my a Happy Birthday. During the conversation he told me that he was planning to move to Billings in a couple of years. His grandparents live there. His mom is from Cody, Wyoming and his step dad has a cabin north of Billings. He loves to snowboard and fish and loves hiking in the mountains. He's works in the computer industry but his uncle has a machine shop and offered him a job. He said he loves it out there and it is his dream to live there. I was out there a few times when his mom and I were married and it sure is beautiful in Big Sky country  .
